We are getting ready to sell our house and want to work with new home builders in order to purchase our next property. We made this decision because it will allow us to customize our house to some extent; we can pick a certain floor plan that works for our family, as well as decide on any upgrades that we want Our current house is nice, but there are several things that would have made it more functional for our family. We want to avoid these problems by having some say in the construction from the beginning.
