I just had my first meeting with the home builders Austin and it was fun. I was always the type of person who enjoyed jumping into things and it is still the same in my eyes. I love the concept of doing something that I have never done before and getting a new home built would be one of those things.
I have purchased used homes but that is not the same. When you get someone else's home, you are getting what they had built and it is nice, but not really the same.
I wanted to get my own home because I wanted to see what I can have built with my own setup. It was surprising how much control they gave to me in the planning process. I thought I would pick features, but they even talked about materials.
It was a lot, but I had done my research as I knew they could ask anything in the first meeting. They were even able to coach me a bit too.
I love the builder I am with as I know the house is going to be fantastic after everything is said and done.
